Kansas, Missouri teams doing well at Region II tournament

Kansas and Missouri youth soccer teams are doing well this weekend at the Region II tournament at Sioux Falls, S.D.

Through two days of group play, the 18 Kansas teams entered have a combined record of 20-13-3. The 18 Missouri teams have an even more impressive 21-6-9 combined record.

Day three of the tournament continues Monday with the final day of group play. Semifinal play begins Tuesday and championship matches are Wednesday.
